This privacy policy explains how R.A.W. s.r.l. (“RAW”) processes personal data obtained in connection with your navigation on the website www.ablation-fit.com (“Website”) and the management of e-mail communications received by RAW through the Website [Purpose and Mode section]

Data controller of the personal data processed under this Privacy Policy is R.A.W. s.r.l., with registered office in Busto Arsizio (VA), via Carlo Cattaneo, 46.

2. Type of data processed

RAW collects the following types of data.

2.1. Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation and your browsing the Website, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but that by their very nature could allow users of the Website (and therefore you) to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by you to connect to the Website, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

2.2. Cookies. Cookies collect information including data that may potentially allow identification of a data subject. For the processing of data through cookies, please read the related policy, available in Section 7 below.

2.3. Data provided voluntarily by the data subject. With the exception of navigation data and those collected through cookies [link], RAW collects your data in connection with the management of e-mail communications sent to RAW through the Website or with the registration to the Registration Area. Therefore your communication of personal data requested when completing the form “Contact us” and / or the registration form to the Registration Area, if marked with an asterisk, does not correspond to a legal obligation, but is aimed at allowing RAW to verify the existence of the requirements of law for accessing to the specialist information contained in the Website, that according to applicable law can be provided exclusively to a specific audience. Therefore, failure or incorrect provision of data marked with an asterisk prevents RAW from following up on your request. When you register in the Registration Area, you may happen to provide personal data of third parties to RAW. In such cases, you will act as independent controller of the processing, assuming all the obligations and liabilities under the GDPR towards the relevant data subjects and RAW with respect to any disputes, claims and/or requests for damages caused by the processing of data by RAW as a result of your provision to RAW of personal data in violation of the GDPR.

In any case, if you provide personal data of third parties, you guarantee that such communication to, and the resulting processing by, RAW is based on an appropriate legal basis (for example, the consent of the interested party) pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulation that legitimizes the processing of the information in question.

3. Purpose, legal basis and methods of data processing
RAW processes personal data collected as a result of your browsing the Website, filling out the form in the “Register” / “Login” sections, the managing of your access to the Registered Area and of the requests for information you may send us via e-mail.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by RAW is its legitimate interest in informing, and communicating with, the specialist public receiving information on the “Ablation-fit” system and in responding to requests from potential customers or suppliers or third parties who may be legitimately interested into receiving information on the “Ablation-fit” system. RAW may further use the data processed to prevent the commitment of, or to favour the prosecution of, unlawful behaviour or the violations of intellectual/industrial property rights (including third parties’) or computer crimes or crimes committed through telematic networks. In these cases too the legal basis of such processing is the legitimate interest of RAW in carrying out its business without prejudice due to third parties and the protection of its own rights.

The processing of personal data takes place using manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the abovementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the law.

4. Storage

Save for the navigation data and those collected through cookies, personal data processed by RAW are kept as long as necessary to perform the services requested, except in cases where the law imposes to RAW obligations of longer keeping. In the case of data processed to prevent or prosecute illegal acts, in the interest of RAW or third parties, RAW will keep the personal data as long as reasonably necessary to the protection and/or enforcement of rights of RAW from the moment RAW becomes aware of the illicit or of its potential commission.

5. The rights of the interested party

You can contact RAW to request to access to your personal data, to know the existence of such personal data, to ask for rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability; you can also revoke the consent at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation). You can also ask RAW at any time about the data processors (if appointed) and other subjects authorized by us to process your data.

You have the right to file a claim with the Italian Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

6. Where personal data are processed – Data sharing – recipients of personal data

Your personal data are stored at RAW’s premises and in cloud by the cloud service providers used by RAW, whose servers are located in the EU area.

The personal data are processed by RAW’s staff who needs to access and use such personal data to carry out their activities, in compliance with this privacy policy.  We may share your data also with other organisations that provide information and/or services to you on our behalf in connection with the “Ablation-fit” system.

Personal data processed by RAW will not be disseminated or otherwise made available to third parties (save for what provided by this privacy policy or by law).

7. Extended information on the use of cookies

This website www.ablation-fit.com (“Website”) uses technical cookies to ensure the correct functioning of it and to improve the experience of using it.

7.1. Definitions

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by users send to their terminals, where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Cookies of the c.d. “Third parties” are, instead, set by a website other than the one the user is visiting. For the sole purpose of monitoring and improving the Website performance, a statistical analysis market product is used to detect website accesses. It can make use of cookies, permanent ones and otherwise, for the purpose of collecting statistical information and on the so called “unique visitors” of the site. Cookies, defined as “Unique Visitor Cookies”, contain an alphanumeric code that identifies navigation computers, but without any collection of personal data.

Google Analytics

7.4. Duration of cookies
